Pilates Instructor Certification Course at Jerusalem YMCA

An intensive 40-hour Pilates instructor certification course will be held, in English, this September at Great Shape Studio at the Jerusalem International YMCA.

Angela Sundberg, considered one of the top teacher trainers in the world, will be in Jerusalem during September 2008. She is returning to Israel for the fourth time, by popular request of those who have studied with her, to instruct this course as well as to give two workshops to trained Pilates instructors.

The 40-hour course includes an exam and provides international certification for Pilates matwork instruction. One workshop will be an intensive review of matwork and the other will be Standing Pilates and integrating Pilates into regular classes.

Angela Sundberg has years of experience in a physical therapy setting and has been training a variety of clients from young sports enthusiasts to seniors. Her Pilates program focuses on attention to details, cues and evaluation skills.

Fridays 14:00-15:00

Saturdays 11:00-12:00

Parents (& Grandparents!) are invited to spend an hour of water fun with their child.

· 20 NIS per child

· Adult – if you are a member or the parent of a child in swimming lessons – you enter for free!

· Otherwise – 20 NIS per adult.

Come Jump Right in – it’ll be a Splash!

Please note: you are responsible for the child in the water and must accompany him.
